Kyushu New Business Conference the Greater Bay Area Mission –Macau session co-organized by Kyushu New Business Conference and Asia Pacific Academy of Economics and Management (APAEM) was held successfully on July 31st.
A delegates of 26 business leaders from Kyushu Japan, accompanied by Consul Noaoki Yoshiike, Chief, Economic Section, and Consul Katsuya TOYAMA of Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong attend the mission and to learn about the role of Macau among the Greater bay area as well the the IR development in Macau.
The opening ceremony was held at Okura Hotel on the morning. Follow by a keynote speech provided by Professor Jacky So, Director of APAEM and BNU Chair Professor in Finance, as well as a University Lecture provided by Prof. Davis Fong, Director of UM’s Institute for the Study of Commercial Gaming (ISCG), sharing the experience and knowledge of responsible gaming in Macau.
In the afternoon, the delegates arrived at University of Macau, Faculty of Business Administration and visit the ISCG Gaming Laboratory, including the mock casino and responsible gaming kiosk.
