Prof. Guangjian TU
On 10 January, 2023, APAEM scholar, Prof. Guangjian TU, was invited by the Hamburg Max Planck Institute to speak in the monthly virtual workshop on Current Research in Private International Law. Prof. Tu’s presentation is on China’s Ambition to Build up the Highland for International Commercial Litigation: Some Recent Attempts. The workshop attracted many students, faculty members, and researchers from different universities as well as industry practitioners.
