Prof. Guangjian TU shared his insights on the coordination of civil and commercial regulations with members of the HK Macao and Regional Development Department of China Development Institute.
Recently, APAEM Scholar, Prof. Guangjian TU, was invited by the HK Macao and Regional Development Department of China Development Institute to discuss the coordination of civil and commercial regulations in Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
During which, Prof. Guangjian TU shared his insights on solving the differences within civil and commercial regulations in oversea regions, constructing a civil and commercial regulations in line with Macao and international standards with the advantages of “One Country, Two Systems”, whether there should be special civil and commercial regulations in the “Macau New Neighbourhood” region, as well as how Hengqin can further foster Macao’s economic diversification under the new situation, with an aim of providing policy reference for the development of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
