Prof. Kevin Kam Fung So and Prof. Rob Law
On June 3, Prof. Kevin Kam Fung So, Professor of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University, visited the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management (APAEM) at the University of Macau (UM), and was warmly received by Prof. Rob Law, APAEM Deputy Director.
Prof. So’s research expertise lies at the intersection of hospitality and tourism marketing and service management with emphases on branding, customer engagement, social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, and the rise of the sharing economy. He is also highly interested in advanced quantitative methods and analytical techniques.
During the exchange and discussion, Prof. Rob Law and Prof. Kevin Kam Fung So had an in-depth discussion on issues of mutual interest and jointly exchanged each other’s academic achievements. Finally, both parties expressed their interests for deeper exchanges and cooperation in teaching and academics in the future.
