Prof. Poly Z.H. Sun and Prof. Rob Law
On May 19, Prof. Poly Z.H. Sun, Associate Professor from the School of Psychology and Cognitive Science at East China Normal University visited the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management (APAEM) at the University of Macau (UM), and was warmly received by Prof. Rob Law, APAEM Deputy Director.
Prof. Poly Z.H. Sun currently serves as the Director of the Personal Informatics Systems Lab at East China Normal University. His primary research areas include artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent human factors engineering, and embodied human-computer interaction. In recent years, Prof. Sun has conducted a series of innovative studies in “Psychology + AI” application fields such as Human Factors and Ergonomics in Transportation, Personal Health Informatics, User Experience in Smart Product Service, and Collaboration and Innovation Via Swarm Intelligence.
During the visit, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the application of AI technologies in tourism services and exchanged views on the practical application of big data mining technologies in tourism management. The meeting proceeded in a constructive atmosphere, with both sides expressing anticipation for future collaboration across multiple areas.
