Based on the strategic framework agreement signed earlier between the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region and Fudan University, the University of Macau (UM) and Fudan University signed a strategic collaboration framework agreement online, with the aim of promoting the development of higher education and scientific research in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Under the agreement, both universities will carry out collaboration in academic affairs, scientific research, talent development, and library-related matters, focusing on such areas as economics, finance, public health, microelectronics, artificial intelligence, and brain sciences.
