Prof. Ching

Recently, Prof. Boby Ho-Hong CHING, APAEM researcher and Assistant Professor in Faculty of Education, won the “APS Rising Stars” award 2023 of the Association for Psychological Science (APS). He is identified as one of the most prolific educational psychology researchers in the early career category in Fong et al., 2022 – “Individual and Institutional Productivity in Educational Psychology Journals from 2015 to 2021”, which published in a top journal in educational psychology – Educational Psychology Review (journal impact factor: 8.24; rank 1/61 in educational psychology).

The “Rising Star” researcher award recognizes early career researchers who have demonstrated excellence in publications, made remarkable discoveries, received significant recognitions, generated work with broad impact, and established an independent research career. Among all universities in Greater China, only five researchers received the award this year, and only eight awards were given in Asia. Congratulations to Prof. Boby Ho-Hong CHING for being one of the prize-winner!
