Prof. Guangjian Tu delivers an keynote speech

HCCH Asia Pacific Week 2023

Recently, Prof. Guangjian Tu, APAEM scholar and Professor in Faculty of Law, was invited to deliver a speech at the Asia Pacific Week 2023 and the 130th Anniversary of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH). The event was held in Hong Kong form September 11 to 14, 2023, and was organized by the Permanent Bureau of the HCCH. The theme of the conference was “Access to Justice and Sustainable Development: The Impact of the HCCH in an Inter-Connected World”.

On the afternoon of September 13, Prof. Guangjian Tu delivered a keynote speech on the topic of “2015 Choice of Law Principles” in the session on “International Commercial, Digital and Financial Law” at the conference. As the world’s most authoritative intergovernmental organization in the field of private international law, the HCCH was attended by over 200 delegates from international organizations such as the International Chamber of Commerce, and AALCO, as well as representatives from more than 30 countries worldwide.
