Recently, APAEM scholar and Professor in Faculty of Law, Prof. Guangjian TU, spoke in the Side Event at the First Session of the Elaboration of The Convention on the Establishment of The International Organization for Mediation. The event was held in Hong Kong on 11 May 2023 and invited three distinguished speakers to cover different topics on mediation practice, attracting many academics and industry practitioners.
Prof. Tu’s presentation was on “Mediation in Macao”, which he shared the procedure, practical examples and his opinions on how mediation practices are conducted in Macao.
